Refund and Return Policy

If you’re shopping here, thanks. Every order is made to order and handled through a print-on-demand partner, which limits what’s possible in terms of returns or exchanges. Please read this carefully.

No Returns or Exchanges

Because each print is made specifically for you when ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your shipping address and order details before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or clearly defective, email rob@reelnegative.com within 7 days of receiving it. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue qualifies, we’ll work with our printer to get you a replacement at no cost.

Shipping Issues

Once your order is shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier (usually USPS or the local service used by Printful near your location).

We are not responsible for delivery failures due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Missed delivery attempts

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

  • Returned packages due to non-pickup

You’ll need to contact the shipping provider directly to resolve those issues. We can’t call your local post office on your behalf.

Processing and Delivery Time

  • Production time: Up to 7 business days

  • Delivery time: Usually within 2 weeks
