By accessing or purchasing from robxwallace.com, you agree to the following terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Made to Order, No Returns

All prints are made to order and shipped through Printful, a print-on-demand service. Because each item is custom printed, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us at rob@reelnegative.com within 7 days with photos.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are printed and shipped within 7 business days. Delivery takes up to 2 weeks, depending on location.
We use Printful’s network of print facilities and shipping carriers, including USPS, to get orders to you efficiently.

You are responsible for receiving your order.
If a delivery fails due to multiple attempts, a wrong address, or unavailability at the time of delivery, it’s your responsibility to resolve that directly with the shipping provider.
We cannot communicate with local post offices or carriers on your behalf.

3. Copyright and Image Use

All images on this site are the property of Rob Wallace or his clients. You are not allowed to download, reproduce, sell, repost, or print any images from this site without prior written permission.

If you want to license or share anything, email rob@reelnegative.com. Don’t assume permission.

4. Payment and Security

We use Stripe and PayPal to process payments securely. We never see or store your full credit card info. All personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

5. Guest Checkout

You don’t need an account to place an order. Just enter your info at checkout. We won’t share or sell your information.

6. Order Issues and Contact

If your order hasn’t arrived within 2 weeks of your confirmation email, contact rob@reelnegative.com. We’ll do our best to help if something is wrong, but again: once it’s in the hands of the printer and carrier, some things are out of our control.
